Online Personal Training
Online Personal Training offers a flexible and convenient way to work towards your goals while fitting seamlessly around your lifestyle. You will follow the same structured process as face-to-face personal training, with the added option of training from home via Zoom or independently following a fully personalised monthly exercise and nutrition programme. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of professional coaching at a more affordable rate.
We begin with an initial 30-minute consultation, either in person or via Zoom. This session gives us the opportunity to get to know one another and determine which training option best suits your needs. You will then complete a medical questionnaire, and we will review your current lifestyle before setting realistic, achievable goals together.
Your bespoke programme will then be created, ready for your first session if you choose the Silver or Gold training plan. Using the information you provide about your fitness level, lifestyle, equipment access, and nutritional preferences, I will design a detailed programme tailored specifically to you. Your plan will be regularly reviewed and adjusted to reflect improvements in strength, fitness, and performance, with clear targets set every 4–6 weeks to track progress and maintain motivation.
Silver and Gold clients will also receive access to my 100-page Nutrition Guidebook. This comprehensive, step-by-step resource covers nutrition fundamentals and goal-specific guidance for physique and performance. It includes information on macronutrients, calorie awareness, and developing the mindset and discipline needed to overcome challenges in both training and everyday life. The final section provides easy, proven recipes and a practical shopping list to help you implement these strategies with confidence.
Clients with one-to-one online sessions included in their programme will book and train with me via Zoom. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is fully integrated into your online programme. Sessions are varied, engaging, and adapted to suit the equipment you have available at home.
The true value of online coaching goes beyond the training sessions and programme itself. I check in with clients at least once per week to review training, nutrition, and overall progress, and I am available throughout the week via WhatsApp for ongoing support.
Building a strong, supportive coach–client relationship is central to success, and I actively encourage feedback so we can overcome challenges together and celebrate progress, no matter how big or small.
